Pond Clean and Maintenance

A garden pond without regular maintenance and care can be unhealthy and an eyesore.

We specialise in the regular cleaning, maintenance and servicing of ponds. We are able to perform the following services to assist you in maintaining a healthy and beautiful water feature:

Pond Cleaning Services

We can carry out a full pond clean at any time of the year as and when required. This popular service includes the following (if applicable):

Safely moving your fish to a temporary holding tank
pruning and fertilizing your aquatic plants
draining your pond to an area you specify
power-wash the pond sides, vacuum the pond bottom
re-fill the pond with water to a level safe for aquatic plants and fish
apply water conditioners based on the full pond volume and safely return your fish and aquatic plants to the pond

We recommend that our customers have a full Pond Clean once a year. This can be carried out as part of a regular maintenance contract. (See below)

Pond Maintenance and Contracts

If you want to enjoy your pond or water garden with the minimum amount of work we recommend a monthly service plan, but this work can be carried out at intervals to suit you or your requirments.

The maintenance visit includes:

Inspection of pump and filtering system(s)
Clean filter mat(s) and add beneficial bacteria (for a healthy, balanced pond)
Water quality check
Blanket weed removal and control
Prune and fertilize pond plants
Skim off surface debris
Recommendations and advice

Pricing and Scheduling an Appointment

Due to the different sizes of ponds we are asked to maintain and service please telephone to discuss prices. Please note that we are able to offer this service to customers with ponds and water features of all sizes.

Our approach is designed to suit your budget and we are happy to carry out whichever services you require.
