I know that the problem turned out to be more complicated than either of us had imagined but you completed the task brilliantly, as well as the extra work involved.

Now that the waterfall has been cleaned out as well as the pond, everything looks really good and has never been so clear. We can finally get to see the fish easily, wherever they are in the water.

The fact that you sorted out the faulty pump was a real bonus to us because all too often companies and tradesmen are not interested in after sales service. If a fault arises with a product we have purchased we are simply told to contact the manufacturer and deal with them directly. The care you took in sorting this out for us will be well remembered and I will be recommending you to anyone I know in need of the services you provide.

I will do my utmost to keep the pond tidy clean from now on but I am sure to need you again at some point in the future.
